Your privacy. What you type is saved in this browser, on this device only. It is not sent to CTH or anyone else. It is not encrypted, so anyone who can use this browser could read it. Use initials or "client A", and leave out anything that could identify someone.

Your notes stay here until you delete them. Deleting them here won't delete anything you've copied or downloaded, such as a Word file, an email or your supervision notes.
